I must say PYAM has had its ups and downs , We are the West And Mays family, my grandchildren and children been there for years, I do not know about these new phone systems or Saint Paul’s Front desk ! Terrible experience at PYAM , don't go there, it used to be a great place but for the last 2-3 years has declined terribly especially the St Paul location. If you still must go there, maybe go to Eagan. In SP, they never answer the phone, they forget to call you back with results, they never have doctors on staff (they are all in the other locations), the NPs are terrible in SP (like they don't want to be there, bad attitude), they forget to send prescriptions, I had to call like 8 times to get a response on test results and... read more
I bring my two year old son and newborn to the saint paul location , We are new to the pyam family . and i must say the team is bright . I met the front lady i think her name was Sunshine , very bright gal with a smile to bright up the room made me and my children feel welcomed . she did inform me that they have been short staff and apologized for how the call flow has been and they are working on getting everything back on track . West 7th office. My 19 yr. Old daughter had pain, potentially appendicitis, no one answered as she attempted to connect for an appointment. After 90 minutes she made the appointment and drove to the Office. I, her father, met her there. There was no-one in the waiting room and the receptionist was over heard talking on the phone with a friend…about her boyfriend.
