I've been in this facility for 2 years and I can say with absolute certainty all the one-star reviews are absolutely correct. They know what they are talking about you can tell by how detailed they are described. I have personally seen and experienced many of the things that are described in the one-star reviews. I can name names and specific events because I make a habit to keep a journal daily. This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I don’t understand how this place has not been shut down or how it even passes inspection. They don’t check in on their patients. This part sickens me, they gave my brother in law food that was half eaten from another patient! Do NOT bring your love ones here. They do not care for anyone’s well being. The nurses are rude and verbally abusive. Shut this place down.
This place is the FILTHIEST facility in the entire New York City! The Food is DISGUSTING! ITt feels and has the presence of a MOSOLEUM once inside. You will be deceived because the outside and surrounding are is beautiful.
I was at ArchCare for a little over 2 months recovering from a hospital stay and receiving physical and occupational therapy. I was treated with such kindness and respect— from all the staff. The nurses were fantastic, the PT/OT team were experienced and reassuring. Karena the social worker did a great job connecting me with resources for after my stay. Overall a great experience.
This place is horrible. A total nightmare. My Grandfather has been in this facility for about 3 weeks and never seen a doctor and only seen a nurse when it was time for his medication if that because he was in constant pain. The staff is never anywhere to be found and when you do find them to ask for assistance it takes them a half of hour or longer to assist you with what you need .
