THIS IS A HORRIBLE INCOMPETENT PLACE!!! Especially the 5th floor unit where the admittedly are ‘short-staffed’ yet, will take your loved one in as ‘independent’ only to bypass regulated patient to staff ratios for admittance. Tell you it’s a ‘HIPPA’ violation to eat with your loved one…poppycock! And, not change your loved one’s depends for 11 hrs…RUN FAR AWAY! They sell it but it’s dirty, and dangerous in our families opinion.
If you love your family member, please think carefully before placing them in this facility. Based on my experience, I have serious concerns about the quality of care, the competency and responsiveness of some CNAs, nurses, supervisors, and the administration responsible for the well-being of the residents. I strongly encourage families to do their own research, ask questions, and closely monitor the care their loved ones receive.
