Horrible and rude staff They don't care about the patients, the social worker Karina is so disgusting and unprofessional for someone who walks on the back of her shoe. Smh...some of the CNAs (Sandra) collect cans and bottles out of the garbage saying that they don't get paid enough at TCC. Update: my mother had to be admitted to the hospital. She also was not able to get an IV or anything in due to the delay in her getting there. The floor unit is now also refusing to give me the doctor’s name who refused to call 911. My mother fell and busted her lip on the first day here and they refused to call 911 and send her to the hospital. Her lip grew to the size of an orange with fluid coming out and they still refused. This place is the worst . Horrible. Disgusting place I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. Where should I start? My husband was here for Trach support and Physical therapy. This morning I arrived and found him like this with mucus blocking his airways and old mucus all over his shirt.
Good place good staff. Great Healthcare center. They get you ready to go home. Thankful for my social worker Charlene.
