One of my best vehicle buying experiences to date. Everybody was super helpful and knowledgeable. Giles was awesome, Megan my sales lady went above and beyond and Kayla in finance was brilliant. All numbers were as advertised, no surprises later on…. Everything was laid out perfectly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 5 stars all around for the crew over at Tercier’s.

Update: Went in to have truck key fob reprogrammed and the woman at the counter told us she’d never heard of that before…you work at a dealership, this is not a new concept. I don’t know why I came back here to try again. I just had warranty work done on my truck here. I received a call a couple of days ago after it was fixed that it actually wasn't covered under warranty and now they want me to pay the bill for their mistake.
