Fantastic and deeply caring surgeon. From the moment I met her, I felt supported and seen. She and her P.A., Alex, treated me with such compassion and made me feel like we were a team every step of the way. Thanks to them, I no longer felt alone or scared — just empowered and cared for. I am truly grateful for the level of empathy and professionalism they brought to my care.
The office staff is horrible, and I would not recommend anyone else to this practice. ALEJANDRA HAS NO REGARDS TO PATIENT CARE. HER SARCASM IS an under statement. With that being said, ALEJANDRA, you never know when it may be your turn or a family members. ALEJANDRA, your disgusting tone you take with people has no place in the medical field. She's working to collect a check.
I received by Dr Terando at USC Hospital for breast cancer. She is a very caring and wonderful well-educated physician. She literally saved my life. She's a wonderful surgeon to remove my breast cancer with no margins left and save my life. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her. She's such a loving and caring doctor. She always took her time with me on every visit and made sure that I had the best care possible I would recommend you to see her if needed.
