I scheduled as a new patient for a 2:45pm appointment for a cleaning. Arrived to the office at 2:30pm. By 3:50pm, I was still in the lobby waiting to be called ! Terrible wait times for a new patient. I also noticed another patient walked in at about 3pm and got called in right away! Cancelled my appointment and will not go to that office ever again. Terrible service specially for a potential “new patient”. Wasted my time with absolutely no regard.
Dr. Teran is the absolute BEST dentist in all of central Florida!! Her skills are top notch and it’s evident in all her patients smiles! Her staff is equally amazing! Always kind and friendly! Highly recommended!!
