Actual Rating - 2.5: The employee's didn't do much. One I believe asked to assist and I said I was ok because i was finding things okay. They were repeatedly squeezing by me to go do something I could not determine in the back of the store. Most were pretty nice and sweet about it. I glanced at on girl and she seemed to give me kind of a nasty disgusted look like I was ugly and she thought I liked her or something. I loved the selection and the staff were all really nice and helpful. The store is a little crowded but only because of the amazing selection of clothing. A few more men's items would be nice though.
The customer service here is horrendous!!! The girls behind the counter are ridiculously disrespectful and super super rude!!! Learn some customer service skills!!!! Never met such disrespectful girls before running a business!!!
First time to shop in your store at Seaside, OR and loved the variety of items and quality of products offered! ♥
The staff was very rude on the phone. The two people I spoke with had no customer service skills.
They had a large selection of inventory. The staff members were pleasant. They answered my questions and greeted me as soon as I walked in. I would recommend anyone going to seaside to stop in.
Went into this store to look around for gifts and the three employees just stood at the register gossiping about another employee getting fired from another place of work and other "high school" type things. Honestly if I owned this store I wouldn't be happy to know that the 3 people I was paying to work there ignored the store customers to gossip like high schoolers in the lunch room. Other then that the store was very nice. I just couldn't listen to them anymore and had to leave.
I cannot wait to head to Oregon in September. I will be shopping cannon beach and seaside. I only wish they had a website to buy items as we only head there every few years and I love their inventory.
