I am posting this for my close friends who just told me a horror story about their dinner tonight at Tequila Grill. They were at the restaurant for THREE hours for a lousy dinner!! Let’s start with server who never introduced himself, so they had no idea what his name was. They stated that the server acted like he didn’t want to take their orders, get their drinks, or check on them. He ignored them most of the evening. This was reiterated to me time and time again. The food at this location and the Ottumwa location is very bland.
Service was the worst I ever experienced. Waiter was actually arguing with me over menu items. Very rude.
