Mr. Tep himself came as soon as I called. I had an emergency- Racoon left a huge deposit shall I say in our pool. As soon as I hung up this friendly man was at my door and saved the day. He was very nice, quick and professional.
I would recommend Tep's Pool Services without any hesitation. As soon as we contacted Tep, he promptly scheduled an inspection of the pool, and we are scheduled to start services. He even helped us find an electrician to figure out why our pool pump was not working. You can see that Tep takes the time to connect with his clients; he is knowledgeable, and he will walk you through any questions or wondering.
Reached out to this company, and they were able to help us out the same day in a timely manner since they have services in our area. This was very important for us because we have an Airbnb, and guests can get irritated when something isn’t fixed quickly. I’m happy I called them.
After 40 years doing my pool you would think that Teps guys would slough off or cut a corner. Never have they missed a session. It’s sparkling and shimmeringly clean. Of all my venders in Florida this is the best run company and the out come is a magic pool. Two is the best.
