Have been a customer for nearly five years. Mostly all good. Super annoyed someone came at 7:30 pm last night to clean the pool. It should be business hours only.
Extremely disappointed with Tep’s Pool Services. They tried to charge me over $500 for a month of pool cleaning and fixing a salt chlorinator, but they barely did anything. The ‘cleaning’ consisted of dropping a net in the pool for a couple of minutes, and the chlorinator issue was never addressed. I have proof of their poor service. The pump basket was clogged from how much debris was in it. Do not waste your money—look elsewhere for a reliable pool company. HORRIBLE experience!
TEPS Pool service is simply amazing. I hired TEPS a few years ago after trying several other pool service companies. Immediately, I was impressed with the time they took to make sure each week the pool was cleaned properly and thoroughly. Earlier this year, I had a small but steady leak. I called TEPS and he came out that afternoon, put on his gear and found and fixed the leak in the center drain. All on the same day for a very reasonable fee. I would recommend TEPS to anyone who values great, reliable service. 5 Stars!
