I hired attorney Levine for a labor violation litigation. My employer did not hold my job 90 days for me. He withheld important information from me until the day of deposition. There was a CD of answers to questions we sent to my employer. He gave that to me the morning of depostion. He also told me a couple days ahead that if the case did not go to court he would only take 26% of what I received.
