If u think of working for this company,don't,my mom works here,Still does,first and foremost she pays taxes out her check,which under state of Michigan law entitlements her to overtime,under the state of Michigan,who now protects her,and her son happens to be a attorney,when she made a fuss of them intentionally shorting her check,they then asked for the proof which was the hard copies of her check,although they have their own. There's never any aids available to cover the regular aids if they call off. Many aids have no intentions of working once they are at your homes. They just want to sit there and chat not do any caregiving services plus the no call no show rates are extremely high sitting there waiting for someone who has no intentions of showing up then getting disrespected by having no calls to the company or clients is unconscionable. If I could rate lower I would. A staff put his hands on my brother while at a doctor's appointment with the staff. Clinic staff observed Teper staff assault my brother, and reported it to APS but when this was reported to TePER, Instead of removing and replacing the staff. they stopped servicing my brother when my brother services shouldn't have never stopped considering his needs. I wish I could post my screenshots. Someone by the name of Thomas Jenkins has been posting job opportunities. Instead of telling people who are interested what the rate of pay is he tells then to apply. I exposed that it's only $11/hour. He got mad and laughed at all of my Facebook posts and one of them dealt with a woman who was deceased because of her boyfriend. Definitely a place I wouldn't work for.
