Refused to forward my X-Rays to another dentist for work they were unable to do themselves. Multiple requests were made (by phone and in person) and each time they told me they would get them sent right away. This involved a different person on all 4 occasions. Not just one incompetent person, but the entire office. They are not trustworthy people, who basically said that we are not sending your X-Rays because we want no further business from you in the future.
