Made an appointment 2 weeks ago for oil change and inspection...showed up and not a person around, try calling and it just rings and rings.. Thanks for wasting my time..I understand emergency happen but it takes 2 seconds to call and cancel.
Walked in to get some prices for some services. No one was at the front desk. But I could hear two guys in the garage area loudly talking discussing their hatred towards “N-Words”. With a HARD R. Turned around and left.
Doesn’t get any nicer. So friendly and helpful. They put the car on a lift and looked at our tires on the spot (no appointment!) for a leak as we were coming through Bainbridge. Turns out we weren’t filling them enough. No leak. They topped them off, educated us about proper pressure. And didn’t want to charge us!? (We did pay them a little something.) Thank you, Tepco!
I was traveling from out of area when my truck started overheating. Bob was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule, Tom did a repair quickly. Price was fair and reasonable. Their are a great repair shop.
