Very disappointed with the new policy put in place. They do not give refills On soda’s anymore. They charge you full price if you want a refill on soda.
The food was ok, but the service was absolutely awful. We waited 10 minutes before anyone greeted us at the check in podium, waited another 15 minutes for them to take our orders after we were seated, then we got the least engaging hibachi experience I’ve ever had, 3 of our 5 orders were wrong, our appetizers came out after our entrees were served, and to top it off, they charged me a 20% tip without giving me the option (I double checked the menu, there is not gratuity included policy listed).
