The bridal shop was absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond for me to order in a specific dress for me to try on. The ladies were so friendly and helpful and I felt so relaxed and comfortable. There was absolutely no pressure into making a decision. They also gave me some privacy when trying the dresses on to discuss with my friends. Cannot fault the ladies at all they were magnificent. The communication is always really quick too. I said yes to the dress.
I have had such a wonderful experience with this shop. I arrived, feeling a bit lost and disheartened after looking in 4 other shops and still not really finding 'THE' dress. Deanna was so kind and really listened to me, she helped me find several dresses that I really loved that were in my budget, me desired style, and helped me to finally decide on the one. They're also really helpful on the phone and via email and have dealt with my endless questions really warmly, I couldn't rate them higher. Thank you!!! :)
I found my dream dress at Thea Bridal – a limited edition piece they had in store – and it was the most positive bridal experience I could ask for. Deanna was amazing, so knowledgeable and helpful, and the whole team really listened to what I wanted. I had that goosebump moment when I tried on the one! Thea Bridal was the third shop I visited and I had a wonderful experience! The atmosphere created by the team is so welcoming and relaxed. I felt at ease to speak honestly about dresses from other shops, without ever being made to feel like I had to pick a dress from Thea. I was not rushed at all (even overrunning significantly at my first appointment), and accommodated when I needed a 2nd appointment quickly.
