Checked in on-line 40 min. wait time. When I arrived 30 minutes later I was told wait time currently is 2 hours! Said I checked in on-line 40 minute wait.
Took over an hour and a half to rotate tires, lol that was it, not sure if they have to watch an episode of trailer park boys in between each tire, but that’s the reality of how long it took
According to the online check-in App, there were approximately 15 minutes remaining before my Works oil change service when I arrived at the shop. It ended up being well over one hour of waiting by the time my truck was actually brought in for service. Also during that time frame, the App had gone to 0 minutes, four times, and said I was next in line, to no avail each time. I wanted to reach out and recognize Chase Olson for his customer service as it was exceptional. While receiving a routine oil change at the Quick Lane over Memorial Day weekend, the service team ran into an issue. Working with Chase and after necessary review and steps taken on both ends, a solution was developed that was satisfactory to both parties. Quick and efficient, friendly staff, they don’t hit you with that doom and gloom list of work that’s really not an immediate concern (there’s a lot of shops that ALWAYS have 2-3 grand worth of work that “needs to be fixed immediately”) Tim was really nice & patient as I had to switch the kids car seats from my truck to my wife’s car! Quick oil change shops get a bad rep, and for a lot them it’s well deserved… but not QuickLane, they're a unicorn!
