I stopped by Tenvoorde Ford today for an oil change and was extremely impressed. I was immediately greeted by a very polite service writer was in my vehicle was promptly brought in for an oil change which is rare in today's times with a diesel for a walk-in customer. Knowing this is the oldest Ford dealership in America makes the experience even more special, and the pride they take in their history really shows. My first experience here. Got the works oil change. The young ladies at the front desks were very courteous, pleasant, and very attentive. They were really keeping an eye on the flow and great about communicating with all of the customers in the lobby. Received the dreaded "this is the stuff you need to do for your vehicle" but it was not high pressure at all. I will be a repeat customer.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of follow-through and communication at this location. My initial visit was on 9/15/25, where my Falken tires measured at 5/32. Despite these being 75,000-mile tires failing at only 35,000 miles, I was told a claim could not be filed until they reached 3/32. A warranty claim was finally filed on November 2, 2025. They try to sell you on anything and everything. They told me that I only need one spark plug replaced and that my drive line needed to be replaced. I took it somewhere else and they’re like nothing is wrong with your vehicle. They also told me about a year ago one of my sensors was out and it would be $200+ to replace them because they wouldn’t be able to tell which sensor was dead. Nope you can tell which one. They wanted more money out of me. I will not be going back for an oil change ever again.
