Zero stars!!!! I only gave them 1 because I couldn’t post a review without it. They don’t deserve 1! Don’t use this company! We hosted a wedding over the weekend. We were given a 4 hour window from 8 to 12 on Friday for them to show up. They texted to say they had trailer troubles and they would be late. They didn’t arrive until almost 4. The crew was surly, rude and inexperienced. We were told that we couldn’t be around the tent while they were setting up. Rebecca from Tents & Events made planning for my backyard graduation party efficient and easy. Their intake form allowed me to plan for items that made my party fun, and allowed me more time to visit with friends without running around town picking up miscellanies items. Communication was excellent, and delivery crew was on time, giving me sufficient time to set up tables and chairs, decreasing the stress of hosting a large party. Would highly recommend their services to anyone planning an indoor or outdoor party.
They were amazing to work with, great communication, great prices, delivery and pick up were on time. All the tables, chairs, and table cloths were perfect. We were very happy with this company and will definitely use them again!
Amazing customer service. We needed them to set up and tear down on a Saturday and a Sunday and they were super fast and very friendly. This is the only company i found that was willing to help us on the weekend. All the other companies required we pick up on fri adn return on Monday which was not at all possible. Rebecca worked with us to make sure all of our needs were met and her crew did an amazing job!
