I was involved in a motorcycle accident and my insurance company arranged Tenterfield Car Centre to collect the bike and transport to dealer. Adele was extremely helpful and went out of her way to get the job done including out of hours phone calls and arranging the truck at night. The driver was considerate and pleasant too. Adele even researched and advised me on how to get home. Very helpfull, thanks!

Quoted $660 to tow our car from Tenterfield to Glen Innes.We then asked if it was possible to drop us off at Emmaville which was only an extra 30km on driver return trip.Slugged us an extra $420 for it If they had of told us how much extra we would have declined,but they didn't.Havent sent us a receipt as requested either.Convenient .Never again.Beware this mob
