I hate to say I would not recommend them because they were friendly and reply promptly to your needs. My issue comes from the fact that we received a $50 charge on one linen that was returned with a quarter sized spot on it that I am told stained. Okay but I could seriously buy 3 linens for that price. The response to my dissatisfaction with that is met with "you signed the agreement and I hope you will act in good faith on your part of the agreement".
