Company was once great but fell off a cliff over the last year or 2. Dishonest owner, unreliable, unresponsive, says one thing then contradicts it later on, doesn’t show up when they say they will. it’s a disgrace what this company has become. So many better water filtration companies out there that cost much less so you’re better off calling another company.
