Had a couple Purge facials. The facials offered here are more of a focused, less expensive, quicker in and out type of service for those that don't want to pay for the more exclusive custom types of facial services offered at Ten Spa down the street. That being said it's no excuse to perform a substandard service. Both appointments were of mixed results. The technicians I felt lacked the basic knowledge of milia extractions. Was in over the weekend for a facial and Ive never had such amazing results from just 1 treatment. My skin feels like it did 30 years ago (just a few more fine lines of course) but my skin is SO soft and glowing - it feels so hydrated. I made another appointment before I left dor the same. The atmosphere is SO relaxing. I thought at first it mayne wouldnt be because yoir side by side with others getting treatments but that wasnt the case. Bryn and Jane were wonderful! Very accommodating and kind. The services are done well and the facilities are immaculate.
I have only gone twice and Bryn remembered me and my skin. That really means something. Highly recommend for all your skin needs
