I saw Sheryl a few months ago at Tension release. I had really bad soreness in more shoulders, back and neck. This was a result of poor posture at my desk. I did not know how this could even be resolved. After seeing Cheryl a fews days later I felt amazing and all the issues I had were all relieved and gone. I could not recommend Sheryl more highly! Should any issues in the future arise I will definitely be seeing her.
Sher is an excellent, knowledgeable and experienced therapist, extremely effective without being rough. She picks up on and fixes muscles I didn't even realise were giving me grief until they were released. I feel like a new person when I leave. I couldn't recommend her more highly 🙌🏻
Sher is a fantastic and professional therapist. She is generous with her time, highly skilled and knows exactly how to relieve tension you didn't even know you had! It's rare to find a therapist as good and as knowledgeable as Sher. Melbourne is lucky to have her.
I am not able to speak more highly of Tension Release and Sher. After 25 years of struggling with pain and only able to achieve temporary relief, I was recommended to visit Sher. Sher is extremely skilful and experienced. I see her for some pretty heavy duty stuff, however Sher also resolved my elderly mum’s severe pain so I reckon it is not about force but technique. You are in good hands. I would recommend to anyone.
