I cannot express enough how trustworthy, professional, and kind Mr. Silva is. If there is anything you need to talk about, just talk to him. He is a business man, father, and husband and operates his business in good faith. If there's something about a car that concerns you- just TALK to him. He will address it with his mechanics or lower a price.
