Called for support twice and instead of actually receiving information on how to troubleshoot an issue, I was hung up on. Twice. Now an elderly diabetic client has no way of testing blood sugar numbers because the complete lack of support and communication skills of the customer support representative today decided it would be easier to hang up mid call, and then tell me I was being transferred to someone who could fix the issue— and still hung up on. Throwing away the devices. Impossible to get any assistance.

I’ve been through a stroke and heart procedure and keeping track of my health can feel overwhelming. Tenovi has really helped. The device is easy for me to use, and I don’t have to stress about whether I’m doing things right because my doctor can see everything on their end. It makes me feel more at ease knowing someone is keeping an eye on me.

I’m not the most tech-savvy person, so I was nervous about setting things up. But Tenovi’s support team was amazing — they walked me through everything step by step and didn’t make me feel rushed. Now it just works in the background, and I feel so much more confident using it knowing I can always reach out if I need help.

I thought remote monitoring was going to be complicated, but honestly it couldn’t be easier. Tenovi just works in the background, and I barely have to think about it. It’s made taking care of my health way less intimidating.
