In June of 2017, I thought I was going to be cremating my best friend in the whole world, Doug Thomson, and taking him home in a jar. He was in and out of hospitals all summer, spiraling downward. In September, he checked out of the hospital and signed up with hospice after telling a vascular team that he didn't want one or both of his legs amputated. This staff is great, friendly, helpful, everyone has taken great care in keeping my pain levels as slight as possible. My hats off to everyone who has cared for me, Lea, Melissa, Patrice, Marta, Charlie, Dr. Walt, Dr.Susan and anybody else I didn't meet but helps the Center !
