The Doctors did a good job The billing department is a different story first they didn't bill currant insurance then were ask to bill the correct one and they never did we sent the bill to our insurance and it paid on the bill but they never updated this virtually impossible to get through to speak to anyone to get the correct amounts just reall y hard to deal with
My daughter had her baby here on 2/2/23. ALL of the nurses were so sweet and professional. Amy was so helpful, patient and nice. Dr Toney was outstanding, kind, funny, such an asset to this hospital! Highly recommend!
The worst experience Ive ever had at a gyno. First time at this office. The ...whoever she was... came into the room without knocking first. Did not introduce herself to me. I had no idea if she was the NP or the student NP or just some random lady who walked into my room. She basically walked in, swabbed me up and said have a nice day. Did not ask me about any concerns, kept pushing baby stuff on me, and I still dont understand why I had to pay a co-pay to "establish care" when yearly visits are supposed to be covered (by m... read more
