My doc was amazing, but I can’t say that for the entire facility. The lack of parking is a problem. A person with a post opp appt shouldn’t have to circle the entire parking lot over and over for 20 minutes, then having to park at a completely separate entrance and walk a mile. Billing is a joke! You all really need to get it together. First I was told I needed to pay upfront , then I got a call that they billed it wrong and refunded close to half, now they billed me again for the original amount ( surprise! Writing on behalf of my niece. Major disappointment from the start! Waited for almost an hour just to go back. The nurses and doctor seem to be in la la land. What was supposed to be a sterile procedure turned into the nurse touching the trash can multiple times without changing gloves and the doctor acted like it was her first time. What should have been a routine procedure now turned into needing surgery. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I was told upon making an appointment that they took my particular insurance (first question I asked). At check-in AGAIN I presented my insurance card and there seemed to be no issue. I was told AFTER my appointment that they DO NOT take my insurance. Now fighting with them about the bill, all for ridiculous parking, too much time wasted checking in and also waiting for the doctor....and for 7 whole minutes with the GYN. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

My doctor was not friendly. It felt like she just wanted me in and out even though I usually waited for over 45 minutes past my appointment time. I had an appointment over the summer. I showed up only to be told that the doctor was on vacation and my appointment had been cancelled. However no one had called to inform me of this.
