Tried to make an appointment for walking clinic & it takes me to a business website for companies.
I went to the walk in clinic because I was feeling horribly ill. I have always been charged $50 but they were charging me $80. Why is it this walk in clinic is charging as a specialist when the other walk in clinic I went to after leaving this company thought it was odd to charge as a specialist too. I waited two hours and they were using a new system that had problems of its own as well. Horrible customer service, no privacy at the front desk, and they gave me the run around and had me come back the following day, knowing they lied and could not do my physical. There were too many people who could not figure out what to do or they could simply not say no to my request. I would not recommend this clinic!
I will revise this if I find out answers. My PCP, Brian Breetske, fired me even though I was never a problem. They said I missed appts, but I disagree. Only 1 appt. He told me via certified letter that I cannot see any provider in the Bradley system. So I'm not sure if I am not permitted to return here for care. The letter is very disturbing in bold print essentially sounding like I cannot go to a Vitruvian health or Bradley care center. I went here because I was extremely sick. I have insurance through BCBS of GA but I moved recently to Tennessee. The receptionist was having trouble getting my insurance to go through. I said I would be self pay and not worry about the insurance. Another lady who had come out to help the receptionist with getting my insurance to go through stated because I have insurance that I can’t be self pay and they could not see me in their office.
