The hardest to get ahold of and get anything done. I've been trying to pay my bill for days now and can't. Dr. Arbel was fantastic though!
One of the worst medical experience ever. This office is a nightmare. Dr. Arbel blasted some kidney stones for me. I scheduled with her office to have the Stent removed. I was in a lot of pain and discomfort and it needed to come out. As others have mentioned here, their office never returns phone calls. My appointment was for a Wednesday at 3:30pm. I called the previous Monday to see about getting in earlier to have it removed, and nobody ever called me. Then on Tuesday, the day before my appointment, they call and say the ... read more

Dr. DeLair is a great doctor the only problem I have with his office is nobody and I mean nobody ever calls you back when you got a urgent problem or you need to know something before surgery my anxiety is hit Sky High more than once because they don't call you back for nothing or explain anything to you
