I was so thrilled to meet Dana sweitzer, I was a little nervous as I'm quite holistic in my desires for care and Dana was so respectful of that! She was very go with the flow - good provider in my opinion!
Dana is the best doctor I’ve had and it’s a shame that I am now looking for a new provider because of the office staff. I have been waiting for a prescription pre approval for 2 MONTHS. I have sent chats through the portal, been lied to 3 separate times about this request on the portal. I had to call my insurance directly to finally get things moving and now I’m being told it can take an additional 15 business days. What the actual hell is going on.
I found everyone to be very pleasant and Dana was great.
I have lived all over the US, had some amazing physicians including Dept heads at Duke University but I have never been more pleased and felt more healthy than under the care of Dana Sweitzer. She listens, definitely takes into consideration my evaluation of my own health and respects my desire to have a more natural approach when appropriate.
