Tennova Primary Care and Hospital, Turkey Creek. To be clear, this review does not concern any of the providers or hospital staff; I use these services regularly, including surgical procedures, and have no serious complaints about any provider. No, today we need to address the inexcusably, inexplicably bad parking situation for the primary care building. Parking for patients who may not be having their best day to begin with. Tried to set up primary care here, ended up sitting in the waiting room 2 1/2 hours past my appointment time. The doctor(Elias I believe) was very dismissive, barely even looked at me while she was in the room, sent me to 4 different specialists only one was necessary). Charged me over $400.. Not to mention, even the nurse informed me to make appointments before 9 AM if I didn’t wanna wait for hours past my appointment time because this is apparently a norm for this hospital. Will not be back.
