Tried to set up primary care here, ended up sitting in the waiting room 2 1/2 hours past my appointment time. The doctor(Elias I believe) was very dismissive, barely even looked at me while she was in the room, sent me to 4 different specialists only one was necessary). Charged me over $400.. Not to mention, even the nurse informed me to make appointments before 9 AM if I didn’t wanna wait for hours past my appointment time because this is apparently a norm for this hospital. Will not be back.
Meghan, her nurse, and Dr. Johnston are some of best medical practitioners I’ve had - they’ve cared for me beyond measure. Thankful to this staff for caring for their patients to such a degree!
I scheduled a new patient appointment for a specific doctor that I wanted to see that had at least 10 years of medical practice experience specializing in internal medicine. A week prior to the appointment the office called to try to schedule me with a new doctor they just hired who based on their background does not meet this requirement.
