This is for the schedulers only.. The schedulers at these doctor's office are the best I've ever seen. Not sure if they're separate or if they take all calls for all the doctors. but calling about neurologist cancellations twice a week for over a month.They are gracious they are helpful they answer your questions. They are so so nice. They tell you you're welcome to call back and check on cancellations anytime. Never have talked to such wonderful people that made you feel comfortable. Wanda Reynolds

Michael Hakala had an appointment today (3/25/2024 at 09:30 with Dr. Lalitha Battineni. It took six months to get this appointment. After sitting there for almost an hour and a half they finally came out and told us that the Dr stopped taking patients on Mondays as of January 2024. We had talked with this office a couple of times in January and February, you would think they would have told us about this. This is complete patient neglect. Dr. Cardenas did absolutely nothing to help me. He put me on several different medications before I even had a diagnosis which led me to the ICU. Then tried telling me my symptoms were all in my head. Here I am over a year later, still no diagnosis, worsening symptoms. Months after not being able to give me a diagnosis he basically gave up on me and sent me a letter saying he could no longer see me.
