I like Dr. Goodman. There was a huge system problem with my very large insurance company and my account was almost sent to collections for $73.00 (we talked several times ).They treated me like a criminal. My primary Drs office very understanding and no threats of collections. I paid the $$ to get the nasties off my back (unfortunately more than one person in their office)

Love Dr. Goodman but the office staff is rude. They only care about the bottom line. Wanted to reschedule my appointment because I asked for copay to be billed instead of paying at the appointment. As someone who works in healthcare this is disheartening and frustrating. Being able to get the care you need is more important than money. Trying to call them or use the portal is awful. Dr. Goodman was thorough and asked me lots of questions. However, the office staff and nurses that I have spoke with have been nothing short of rude. They have sent me round and round in circles and have not been helpful with any questions I have tried to have answered. They also do not respond in the portal.

My husband had appointment here in July and they called and rescheduled it for August and they called again and rescheduled it for September and again this morning they called and tryed to reschedule it for December at this point I told the lady just forget it we will find another Doctor somewhere else..
