Candace and her staff were kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable. I had an issue I had dealt with for 2 years and she figured out the problem in 5 minutes, where others had not. I highly recommend her.
Update: I called the hospital and gave them my insurance information that they didn't use when I gave it to them at the ER. In August I got a second bill. I called billing and was told they hadn't yet submitted the claim after I have them the information a second time. My insurance told me it will cover the bill if they get a claim from the hospital. Now it's late September, 3 months after I went to the ER. Today September 20 I got a bill in the mail saying due September 15. It goes on to threaten to turn me over to collecti... read more
The care I received there was just fine. The billing department leaves much to be desired. I was asked for my insurance cards. I gave the lady both of them. A month after I was there, I got a bill in the mail. I called to find out they had no information from one of the insurance cards. I called today to give them the information from the card the lady ignored when I was there. Turns out there was some information on the one card she looked at that she didn't enter.
