Tennova Lafollette has been one of the biggest disappointments I have had in my 66 years. I wanted to support a local hospital by having a knee replacement done in January of this year. The surgery was not good. I can feel and hear the knee clicking. It’s getting worse instead of better. I paid my copays up front, but that hasn’t stopped them from sending me a new bill every week. I wanted to bring attention to their rehabilitation section. The crew that I was with during my time in recovery after hip surgery. The OT and PT (thearpy) This crew was fantastic. Reassuring you in every session. Encouraging. Because they want to see you do good too. Great sense of humor. Persistent. This crew works hard with their patients. This goes for all of the crew. Father in law brought in at 2:00 am. Suppose to be placed in regular room, still in ER at 6:00 pm next day. Asked for water never got it. Went to bathroom in his bed and not cleaned up until family complained. He is a an 83 yr. old man, no one should be treated this way.
