I wanted to bring attention to their rehabilitation section. The crew that I was with during my time in recovery after hip surgery. The OT and PT (thearpy) This crew was fantastic. Reassuring you in every session. Encouraging. Because they want to see you do good too. Great sense of humor. Persistent. This crew works hard with their patients. This goes for all of the crew. Father in law brought in at 2:00 am. Suppose to be placed in regular room, still in ER at 6:00 pm next day. Asked for water never got it. Went to bathroom in his bed and not cleaned up until family complained. He is a an 83 yr. old man, no one should be treated this way.

I wouldn’t say my experience was totally bad. First I get there and there is a mask mandate. Why I don’t know. Because half the staff and about a quarter of the patients weren’t wearing a mask. I had a 2 PM appoint with Dr. Mansour about two weeks ago. Well I get to his office and there is a note on the door saying they go to lunch from 12-1. Ok great no big deal.
