My dad was staying on the second floor.Macy was his main nurse. She went above and beyond to take care of him. She was amazing.
There was a little bit of a wait but it wasn't bad and they were all very nice and helpful during my endoscope and colonoscopy.
We didn’t have a positive experience at the ER. We were warned not to go here but it is the closest ER to our house. I’m fairly certain we’ll never come back. **UPDATE:** A representative from the hospital reached out to me and has addressed my concerns. She exceeded my expectations and even followed up the next week. I feel like they are very concerned when things don’t go well. Good job.
