If at all possible, avoid LabPlus of Nashville. I had a billing problem that occurred nearly two years ago. The error was 100% documented by statements and cancelled checks. Despite many letters, phone calls and emails, I only received one promising but empty response from a human. If they are still in business, they provide no direct avenue to a human and don't hold your breath for a return response. Their behavior is unprofessional and seemingly undeserving to exist. AVOID and get your lab work elsewhere.
