SELENA IS THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL NURSE I'VE EVER HAD!. KNOWING I'M A HARD STICK SHE CAME IN MY ROOM AT 4AM AND SAID I'M HYPED UP ON COFFEE ARE YOU READY TO BE "STABBED"!!! WITH MY TRAUMA IN MY PAST THAT WAS DEFINITELY THE WRONG CHOICE OF WORDS AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! PRAY YOU DON'T EVER GET HER!!!
One star is too high for the team here. My family had the most unprofessional experience imaginable as my mother writhed in pain and they did nothing to help except threaten her with a psych hold while she simply expressed her extreme pain from a dislocated shoulder. It’s embarrassing for my hometown to offer this as its best service for anyone at their worst moment. I could not have had a worse experience
I have never in my life had to wait 5 hours in an empty waiting room. I had an ear ache and never got seen and now I’m deaf in that ear. Here I am back up here trying to be seen and the only thing that’s changed is the rudeness of the doctors them selfs. It is pitiful.
Horrific display of patient care. These people do not care about the well-being of those being treated. Do not waste your valuable time here. What a joke.
