The staff was so caring, knowledgeable, and kind. They got us in, seen, and gone as quickly as possible. Everyone we worked with was lovely and we appreciate them.
This has been the worst experience at an ER I have ever had. From the start the front desk rep is rude. I waited over 4 hrs. (Pregnant and bleeding) with no updates. The EMS staff (Larry) lied about checking for updates. Without even knowing my name then when he was called out about it said I was rude for asking for an update and would not take the time to get more information. I just recently had to speed overnight at VWCH due from having totally knee replacement surgery and all staff was so nice and helpful. All my Nurses and Tecks were awesome, Thank you to all VWCH Staff for all your hard work and dedication in the medical field. VWCH Has Rock Star ⭐⭐ STAFF 🙏❤️
