I had one of the most difficult experiences of my life in the Emergency Department at Vanderbilt Wilson County. Waited 3 hours for someone to read an exeray, while my wife sat in the waiting room in pain. No one spoke with us only contact was with a clerk who called twice for a nurse.
If I could give minus stars I would. I took my daughter there for stomach issues, we were in the ER for over five and a half hours waiting with an IV going in her arm. They resorted to having to take vitals of people in the waiting room as well as waiting patiently sitting there with iv fluids hanging from poles. In order to enter the emergency room you had to go through a security checkpoint and have your items searched. The organization was absolutely atrocious.
