This is a horrible hospital the er nurses are very rude! I was there with 2 support people and both got kicked out and wasn’t aloud in the back with me for asking questions!! It’s beyond me the way they treat their patients. I had no problem with after surgery that I had to have and the nurses upstairs was great . But those er nurses are not it I won’t be coming back to this hospital again !
We had to take our grand daughter to the ER after a fall. There where 2 nursing students that looked at her in the ER. One said I dont think it is broken. Do you want a XRay. We would not ne here if we didnt. BIG RED TRUCK chickie!! WHY ARE NURING STUDENTS SEEING PATIENTS?WIHOUT A NURSE WITH THEM. They DO a XRAY.We where told that it would take 1 hour to get the results. Posting this review from the ER, per the recommendation of a primary care OBGYN in the Vanderbilt network. They recommended going here instead of scheduling a 1:1 appointment. Very long wait times, two hours so far for a blood test and ultrasound. Will update with the final wait times and cost of our visit. Avoid if at all possible. Update: after 3 hours we did get blood test results and an ultrasound. Ultrasound results 1 hour after that. My visit to the ER was a very good experience. I never wanted to go of course but I will never hesitate to go again. I am very blessed and grateful to God and the staff.
It's a good hospital.. I should know, I'm in one most of the time. People griping about them are just pill hunters that don't get their way. It usually takes a long time to get in but, they do run you through the wringer and find your problem and address it. They have the worst food in the state of Tennessee. Not only that, but I ordered Doordarshan and they made sure to ruin that for me too. I hate this place and I will never be back..strictly because of the food.
