I visited the office without an appointment to inquire about providers and Medicare coverage as I'm moving to Lebanon from Arizona next month. In addition to the move, I'll be new to Medicare which is a whole other thing to navigate. Patient Services Specialist, Lisa W., located on the first floor, primary care, was phenomenal! The MA I had was great. The doctor completely dismissed my concerns. Despite me telling her what works for me & has worked for a few years now. Women are the most misdiagnosed people. They don’t take you serious or they treat everyone like a criminal. It’s unfortunate. Healthcare sucks these days lol they want you to take the medications that they get the biggest “kickback”from. Shame
