Respectfully, this hospital was THE WORST HOSPITAL I’ve ever gone to- even the one off of memorial drive. A couple of weeks ago, I was enduring unimaginable pain and I’ve NEVER felt so dismissed or ridiculed by medical professionals. I almost feel embarrassed for this hospital and Clarksville 1,000% deserves better healthcare. There needs to be a serious evaluation of this hospital because slapping a different name on it doesn’t change anything. I went to the Sango ER a little over a week ago with dizziness, trouble swallowing, chest and arm pain, sweating, and significant brain fog. I spent hours there, had bloodwork and a chest X-ray, and was ultimately told everything looked clear, that I was not in danger, and was discharged. This facility is very poorly ran. The nurses and front desk stuff are all rude and unprofessional. If you are having bathroom issues they will get upset that you have to go after giving you medicine to make you go and then act like they didn't realize you were in the restroom that THEY showed you how to get to and will discharge you. My wife was seen there and they illegally signed her transfer paperwork because she refused to be seen anywhere but Nashville, they basically told her she couldn't choose a different hospital an... read more

As a veteran in a military town you would assume better service... Even for discharge papers they often make you wait an hour or longer. I went in after passing blood in my stool. Got basic lab work done after waiting around for close to 3 hours. I left prior to them discharging me because they say they will do stuff and just don't. Edit: moved it up to 3 starts because after several other times I've had an overall better experience. I still will say their wait times can be frustrating but the staff is usually great.

They bill you like crazy after telling you they can’t help you. This place is literally useless. The doctor that seen me was rude and would not shut up long enough for me to explain to her how I am feeling. Also, they need to do better on keeping patients separated as well as privacy. What sense does it make to sit 3 people right next to me who are all positive with strep, covid, etc., coughing all over the place and not even have them wear masks to prevent spreading.
