This place is absolute trash, I went in here within 24 hours of car accident of getting rear ended complaining of extreme neck pain. They tested me for strep throat and when I was negative, they said I needed to leave because I had no reason to be there. Mind you I told them several times it was not the inside of my throat that hurt it was the outside. The very intelligent PA that was working said I was mistaken, and that this was a symptom of strep and since I was negative, there was nothing they could do
Do not go here for any reason. This is a "standalone" ER so you get Urgent Care level treatment, but your insurance gets billed the higher rate for "ER" services. If you have an actual problem they just make you pay for an ambulance ride to the real hospital.
I was recently there for an injury, and every person I spoke to was kind, professional, and accommodating. I had to go in with my baby and they were very understanding, as well as provided diapers and wipes so I didn't have to worry about carrying in a diaper bag. In and out within 3 hours.
My daughter went in for a open wound (previous removal of a cyst) the Urgent Care told her to go to the ER to make sure she doesn't have MRSA and for a ear ache. They took her back to the triage I wasn't allowed back with her she has Autism and can't explain very well the problem. I told the front desk she has Autism and can't fill out the paperwork or explain what's wrong I was stilled told no.
