The worst ER visit I've ever experienced in all my 50 years, to start with I told them that I felt like one of my stents was blocked from having to be off my plavix and warfren for an entire week,and when I was signing in and the kid that took me to triodge looked at me and my wife and said ewww, then when she did get me in the triodge room she was absolutely very unprofessional, then after that I told her more than once the only place you can get an IV is my hand, after that she takes the IV and shoved it in my wrist and hi... read more
Went to see if I could get my knee drained since it’s extremely swollen, started off a quick visit. Called back for triage, then called back in for scans all within the hour. Then patiently waited for an extra 2-3 hours with never getting any help. Waited so long I fell asleep and a nurse had to ask if I’m a patient or waiting for someone 🤦🏻♂️ All this hype about Vanderbilt being better, BE BETTER
I came in on April 12, 2026. Everyone who I spoke with were kind & helpful. They treated my situation as an emergency. I don’t remember the doctors name but he was male with dark hair & a smallish beard. They got me back quickly. The doctor & nurse Kiara were amazing, helpful, & kind. They took care of me and got me all the help I needed. That doctor genuinely saved my life and took my pain seriously.
