I was at Tennova ER for a painful kidney stone and every staff member I encountered was very professional and kind. My care was expedited and I was so well taken care of by everyone, I truly appreciate all the staff members, from check-in, to the doctors and each and every staff member. I can’t thank you all enough
7/4 2:50 pm I went to tennova because it was recommended highly..... I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel My doctor would only give me gabapentin which didn't do a damn thing. Of course on the 4th of July weekend My wrist was killing me excruciating pain only got 5 hours of sleep in 2 days. I'm a full-time caregiver for my husband who has cancer I have to sleep... So I decided to go to tennova ER ( huge mistake ) there was an empty waiting room I thought oh great I won't have a long wait ( Now I know why no one is there ) ... ... read more
I told them that I had uncontrollable diahrea from eating raw pretzel from a Quiktrip. They hooked up a bunch of lines to my arm so it's impossible for me to use the restroom. The lines didn't even drain into my body. Noone came to check on me. So many pretty nurses but none of them came to give me a smile to make me feel better. One girl complimented my sneakers...but my sneakers were old and beat up and had diarhea stains on them. Noone ever instructed me what to do in case of an emergency if I did have to use the restroom... read more
I haven’t been to the ER in a long time, and I’m glad I chose here. The staff here were all very nice and Jack was an amazing nurse you can tell he really cares about his patients. I was here a total of 2 hours and they treated me very fast with the pain I was having.
Had to take my granny out of here because they took tests and said they were negative but she literally went to her doctor the next day and got the same test done and they saw it was a stroke. I am the one who is in charge of everything and they were letting family into the room and asking them questions about her dnr. Like they didn’t care and were going to change her wishes based on some other family members emotions. I asked if we left if it would effect the insurance and she said it wouldn’t but then granny had to fix it... read more
