Worst ER ever, their billing department outputs more fiction than RandomHouse. Liars and thieves, they should be shut down.
Took my Father in for labored breathing and back pain. Did a MRI never checked his breathing. Found 3 fractured vertebrae, gave him a lidocaine patch and sent him home. We asked for the Dr to speak with us. NO one came to talk to us to explain anything. Very disappointed in lack of communication.
The nurse was very rude! They did all kinds of labs on me and didn't even tell me anything and I was there for 8 hours. The dr i saw when I first got there came in my room twice and saw a different dr when I left and told me absolutely nothing. Very disappointed and feel like I wasted 8 hours for nothing and I will never go back!
can't thank Tennova enough for the amazing experience I had. I felt validated, heard, and in safe hands the entire time. It’s an amazing feeling to have concerns, fears and be validated in seconds. I got prompt care from Jenny, my ultrasound tech, and from the second I walked in the door I felt taken care of. Brittany, Sammy you two are amazing. I had my concerns heard, checked in quickly, and felt safe in seconds. There’s no amount of words I can use to thank you for how well you treated me. I hope you both get raises!!
