Had to go to Tennova after a really rough endoscopy at Ut and had to go to the ER for severe chest pain any way they were all really nice and took care of me very fast I loved all of the staff very grateful I chose to go there instead of UT Thankyou doctor Gilbert and staff
Edit: I called the number they provided to me for a resolution and the individual didnt resolve anything. They basically took my money and provided no care. I came this morning at 9am with some heart palpitation and high bp. I was monitored for 5 hours or more while my BP continued to flux. They found nothing they considered wrong but sent me home basically telling me to just calm down with no medication of any kind even though my bp was progressing. Had to take my granny out of here because they took tests and said they were negative but she literally went to her doctor the next day and got the same test done and they saw it was a stroke. I am the one who is in charge of everything and they were letting family into the room and asking them questions about her dnr. Like they didn’t care and were going to change her wishes based on some other family members emotions. Carrie and Amy were awesome they took great care of me.
Took my mom here for a severe headache and high blood pressure after having a knee replacement surgery. This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had at a hospital. Completely ignored the headache and said her bp wasn’t high enough to treat after checking it twice in 4 hours. Two days later we had to take her somewhere else and she had a leak from a spinal tap she had during her surgery that we told them about that they completely ignored.
