If you want some where the drs dont intdroce themselves before they stick a camera up your backside or down your throat, you have to wait hours past your proceedure time, or tells you you dont have a right to your personal medical information this is the office for you. I wish I had read the reviews first. I saw Dr.Cox for my first appt and it went normally no complaints. I can see why you have a very low score. Your receptionist are rude. I had a procedure after I questioned it before I even had it , was they’re gonna be a charge for the follow up but right before the appointment they called and told me they was going to be a copayment but why charge me a copayment I told them I wanted to talk to someone that is over it and they took. After you have a procedure and you have a required follow-up to get your results they charge you a Co-Pay. This is a provider decision - NOT insurance decision.
