I found Dr Nelson and his staff to be very nice. I went there a long time ago for injections in my back. I like the fact that they put me out for the injections. If I ever need more done I will always go to Dr. Nelson.

Procedures scheduled with no information about what will occur, how long will recover take, and no one will answer the phone. only answer I got was a recording that said an answer would take two days. That's the kind of customer service that will keep them coming. :(

I have had several injections at the clinic and they have all helped with the pain. I love that the office is not in the hospital and I am treated like a person and not a number. The staff to date has been very professional. I have had one bad nurse out of all the many visits I have had but she is no longer there. I am scheduling another appointment as soon as possible. I also like that they no longer prescribe narcotics as I do not have to deal with those that are there just to get drugs.

The clinic is not labeled and has to share a waiting area with another part of the hospital. The office is a converted closet that forces an admin assistant to be crammed in their with an extra chair. It's clear that the Pain Clinic is not looked upon by Tenova management as an asset and they're fine with having the black sheep of the hospital out of sight and out of mind. Major improvements are needed and the professionalism is none existent.
