Why do they tell patients to arrive 30 minutes early to just sit in the lobby because they aren’t open yet? Time isn’t something I love to waste and this office, both visits so far have been ridiculous. First time was for being a new patient so I arrived 30 min early to just wait an hour. I got there when asked and the front desk receptionist said, “Umm, you’re here early”. Umm, yea that’s what you guys said to do.
0 stars. The only thing good about this appointment was the front desk ladies, they were friendly. Other than that, horrible, rude, unfriendly and insulting. The Doctor Insulted my 80+ year old mother who couldn't remember when her bi-pass was 20+ years ago, asking "How can you not remember when your bi-pass was?" And proceeded to ask her 2 more times. He acted as if we were deliberately withholding information?? He didn't check out ANYTHING but her pacemaker, even though she had some concerning symptoms. The nurse was unfri... read more
