Absolutely one of the worst business transactions I've ever experienced in 23 years of business. I called them about a simple project cutting 4x4 plates for some deck railing, they did good and got me out of a bind. So, I needed a chimney cap built and told them to go ahead. Desk staff was nice enough. I'm sure they do plenty of business there, it's real nice inside for a fabricator shop. Was referred to Sam. He said I could come in and sample sheet metal to determine need. No one was in the shop to show me samples. He was not apologetic, he didn't offer to take me down the hall himself, nothing.
