Was the music playing while you waited or during your visit pleasant to you? Very Are you going to visit this provider again? Absolutely Did this acupuncturist wear an obnoxious perfume or cologne? No, they didn't wear any fragrance Were handicap accommodations well done? Somewhat Was the office accommodating when booking an appointment? Great

Do you think that the provider's staff are well trained? Yes Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Was this acupuncturist willing to stay open late to accommodate your needs? Absolutely! They stayed open as long as I needed them to Did they treat you as though the customer is always right? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation Has this acupuncturist ever cancelled your appointment at the last minute? Never, they are very reliable

Was the waiting area spacious enough? Totally Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did this acupuncturist have reasonable prices? Absolutely!

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes Did the needles leave cuts or scars on your skin? Not at all. They worked hard to be very careful and precise Was this acupuncturist's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Does this acupuncturist remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely; they always remember me and make me feel important Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious
