Old school With nice help
Great selection. Very knowledgeable staff.
Everyone on the first floor is kind and helpful. The parts dept is basically useless. They need exact part numbers or make/models to get you parts. Couldn't just match an inner tube inside my trailer tire. Seemed incompetent.
Stopped in for some nuts and bolts. A great DIY resource as you can buy individual pieces instead of multiples in a package. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable.
I allways love the service i experience at this Ace un West Bend. I have bought alot of equipment for my landscaping business.
