I allways love the service i experience at this Ace un West Bend. I have bought alot of equipment for my landscaping business.
Had a large Anderson screen window repaired. $40 and done the next day. Very happy with the service.
Do not order online to pick up at store. First, it’s a maze to even find the order. 2 out of the 3 people were rude and there was a final inquisition just to get the order. Then I realized I needed to return one of the items. Basically you have to give them the item, then YOU have to call online customer support to cancel that part of the order, then they call the store and verify that they have the item, then you get credited. I was there at a very slow time. There were so many people working, they all asked at different times if ai needed any help. I explained each time that I had never been there before, so I just wanted to look around. They made me feel pressured, so I left.
