A complete waste of time. I like the doctor but not worth it to sit for an hour+ past my appt time. Such disregard for people's time and work axhedule. I've come twice and both times it was over an hour later than my scheduled time.
Very dismissive of symptoms I regret even coming back here for my 2nd annual exam do not recommend unless you’re trying to get pregnant it seems as though they only care to do labs if you’re actively trying to get pregnant. Also I know how the menstrual phases work no need to “dumb it down”
I was disappointed with my visit with Dr. Maikis. She did not introduce herself or ask my name, and the appointment felt rushed and impersonal. I felt violated because she began the examination without telling me what she was doing, and afterwards I had to ask what she did. She told me she did a pap smear, when I came in for an ultrasound not a pap smear. Very unprofessional and lack of communication. Overall, it did not feel like a therapeutic or supportive experience.
Dr. Manceau is an amazing OBGYN. Despite a challenging pregnancy and birth, I consistently felt supported and well cared for. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I am very grateful to have had her as my physician. Her nurse, Diane is wonderful and a pleasure to work with as well.
Do not go here for OBGYN services!!!! I have never struggled so much with this doctors office. I found out I was pregnant (6wks) and I have been trying to establish care. The receptionist seemed confused on why I was calling “so soon” in my pregnancy and lacked any urge to help. This is my first, and all I wanted was to schedule an appointment and get a few questions answered. I have been patient and polite in regards of them getting back to me for an appointment.
