I had an appointment at 11am today to see Dr. Jackson. I travel from Kentucky to Tennessee for my appointments. I have been coming to this practice for years when it was located in Goodlettsville, TN. I have stayed with this practice for 32yrs as a patient of Dr. Reynolds since I was 18yo. This was the longest I've ever had to wait to be seen. I checked in for my 11am appointment at 10:52am. The waiting room was completely empty at 11:55am. I had a great experience seeing Dr. Manceau. She's very knowledgeable and takes her time. She makes sure I feel seen and heard. :)
Very thorough and kind to you. The front staff has been kind and greet as we came in. She literally sat with me all night to make sure I was okay. It was really nice to find this practice as a first pick. It's clean and welcoming and would use again for my next child, although hopefully no time soon.
