The billing department is an absolute joke! DO NOT GO HERE SIMPLY BECAUSE OF BILLING! I am currently owed over $400 (since the beginning of July). I got the runaround for the first two months and then their phones were shut off in September and have been since. Even my doctors office in Murfreesboro can’t get them to respond! There is a news article about their billing practices and if you look at the Better Business Bureau they have an F rating and many complaints have not been responded to. THIS IS FRAUD.
